All orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. Product details, customization requirements, and pricing are finalized before the production process begins.

Customization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photos, text, and other personalization details. Please review all information carefully before giving final approval.

Payment

Production will start only after the required payment has been received and the order has been officially confirmed.

Customized Products

Personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on the product type, location, and courier services. The Gift Hive is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
